Meghan Markle may not have been a working royal for five years now, but she doesn’t seem to have fully let go of her royal ties. Despite marrying Prince Harry in 2018, it is believed she never really got used to royal life, leaving it behind – with Prince Harry – less than two years after tying the knot.
However, while she may be glad to no longer be royal, she may not have shaken off all her royal ties just yet. In a new video on her Instagram account last week, the Duchess of Sussex, 44, filmed a bouquet of flowers inside her Montecito home.
This flower arrangement contained Queen Anne’s lace, which many believe is a nod to the royals.
As reported by The Daily Mail, this has been seen as an example of Prince Harry’s wife not being able to let go of her royal life and links.
This is despite the fact Meghan did not mention royal life in this video of the flowers, and named other flowers that were also part of the bouquet. MOST POPULAR COMMENTS Join The Debate.
She captioned her Instagram story: “Delphinium, Nigella, Veronica – meet As ever. With garden roses and Queen Anne’s lace (and a very sleepy Mia). Looking lovely, ladies.”
The flowers were also placed in a vase that had Meghan’s brand As Ever’s logo on it, with many believing this could be a hint at the next As Ever product to be released.
One fan wrote on X: “She’s merching the As ever vase. Must be the start of the homewares line.”
Another said: “As ever logo on vase, something next to merch.”
Meghan Markle has not announced whether or not this vase will be part of a future As Ever collection, with People understanding it is not yet on the cards .
