PRINCE Harry’s stalker puts huge pressure on the king to help his estranged son, a royal expert has claimed.

Arthur Edwards, legendary royal photographer for The Sun, has said Harry’s stalker may make the King feel as if he has to reinstate the Duke’s security detail.

Harry has previously claimed that he needed extra protection while in the UK, despite no longer being a working royal.

When the Duke of Sussex stepped back from royal duties he had his tax payer funded police security detail removed, a move he has openly railed against.

Harry has now surrounded himself with ex-Scotland yard security staff who our royal expert claims have managed his stalker exceptionally well.

The estranged Duke’s protection seems adequate enough according to the royal expert who said, at the end of the day: “Harry’s not a member of the royal family anymore.”

But on two occasions the Duke’s stalker has managed to get within a few feet of Harry, with the concerning incidents prompting worry that the King may feel pressured to reinstate the Duke’s Home Office security detail.

Arthur Edwards said: ” I mean, every day you pick a paper up, someone’s got a stalker. Mylene Class has got a stalker.

“I mean, do they deserve protection from them? As the late queen said, you can’t be half in and half out of the royal family.

“You’re out and he’s out.”

The royal photographer added: “I don’t think he should get the Home Office to protect him.

“I think he’s got these minders with him now and they did a brilliant job.

“I think it’s got a bit overplayed.”

Despite previously denying the Prince royal protection fears have been raised that the King might be pressured into reinstating Harry’s Home Office security.

With Harry’s stalker getting close to him on more than one occasion the conversation about properly protecting him has been sparked.

Samara Gill, TalkTv pundit said that the Prince regularly puts himself in dangerous positions on his trips to war zones like Ukraine.

She added: “Taxpayer funded security is for service and not for celebrity.

“And Harry needs to wrap his head around that.

“I mean, that’s the reality of it. I think, you know, when he goes off to war zones like Ukraine, when he sends mail, Meghan goes out into Paris.”

Harry’s protection was removed after a legal battle that went all the way to the High Court.

It was sparked when he took the high-profile decision to step back from his role as a senior royal and emigrate with his family to America.

The Duke challenged the decision-making process used by a committee called the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures to remove his royal protection.

It was ruled that because Harry was going to be an “infrequent visitor to the UK” his security needs would be assessed on a case by case basis.

The estranged royal is still granted police protection in the UK but it is not automatic and he is expected to give plenty of notice before he visits.

The Duke of Sussex also has his own protection staff around him when he attends charity events and other engagements.

Samara Gill questioned whether the issue was one of jealousy, with Prince Harry’s brother still afforded full protection in the UK.

The royal expert said: “He needs to make up his mind.

“I think the taxpayer funded security is very much. my brother has that.

“I want that too. And he’s not servicing the country, so he doesn’t deserve it.”
