Two months after former Astronmer CEO Andy Byron was caught on camera at a Coldplay concert with Kristin Cabot, who was working as his company’s CPO, a source close to Cabot has broken her silence.
She says that it’s important to clarify her friend’s status as well as the nature of their relationship.

51 year old Byron had his arms wrapped around 53 year old Cabot and when he was caught on the big screen, he ducked down to avoid being seen and she did the same after the so called Kiss Cam spotted them embracing one another.

But this instantly viral event did not reflect the whole story as per a close source from Cabot. In recent times, new details showed up about how Cabot was already divorcing her own partner before attending the concert with Byron. The former CEO is said to be married as well but Cabot source kept on mentioning how she was not breaking up a marriage.

‘Kristin and Andy Byron had an excellent working relationship, a great friendship. There was no affair- the source shared with PEOPLE.
