Royal fans were left distinctly unimpressed by Meghan Markle’s latest video of her life behind the scenes in Montecito. The Duchess of Sussex shared new footage of her lavish mansion over the weekend, showing her cosy living room arrangement, while hinting at what could soon become available on her lifestyle brand’s website.
Meghan’s living room boasted a comfy, teddy fleece-lined armchair with a stool, on which Mia — the couple’s rescue beagle — snoozed. It also featured two throws, including a Hermès one and a beige cushion, as well as a dark wooden side table.
On top of the side table, there was an arrangement of flowers in a vase featuring the As Ever logo.

Meghan wrote the message: “Delphinium, Nigella, Veronica — meet As ever. With garden roses and Queen Anne’s lace (and a very sleepy Mia). Looking lovely, ladies.”
There is no confirmation that As Ever will be debuting any homeware soon; however, the Duchess has previously hinted that the brand could branch out into different categories, including fashion and homeware.
Despite Meghan not mentioning anything about debuting homeware for As Ever, some fans said it could be a possibility after the latest video; however, several of them were not impressed with its design.

One user wrote on X: “I got a similar vase from my local Meijer. Not kidding or joking. Natural stone. Her ‘high end’ products are just cheap stuff with a label and embossing to try to ‘zhuzz’ something up to sell for ridiculously high prices.”

A second one agreed as they slammed: “It’s rather plain, nothing special.” A third blasted: “From a distance that ‘vase’ looks like an old paint can.”
However, others appeared to like Meghan’s vase, with one user writing on Instagram: “I will use it for my wooden utensils.”
Another fan said, “I hope she makes the logo in gold, silver, and rose gold beautiful.” A final person, meanwhile, said: “I will have it all over my house. Every room.”
